COVID-19 Update


Our warehouse and distribution centers are fully operational.  Customer will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Depending on geographic location, shipping may take from 1 to 5 business days.


Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during checkout.  Choose between USPS and UPS for shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Standard Dispatch Time Normally ship same business day on orders placed before 2pm EST
Standard Time in Transit 1-5 business days*
Dispatch Time During Covid-19 Restrictions Up to 3 business days
Traffic time during Covid-19 restrictions 1-5 business days

*Delivery times may vary during holidays seasons.

**Orders $30+ will ship free standard ground within the continental US.

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied and would like to return your machine, please contact customer service.

We are sorry, but we cannot return coffee, espresso or tea at this time.    

To initiate a return:

Please contact customer service and include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:

  • Original order number
  • Machine serial number
  • The reason for your return

If you have received a faulty item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.  Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

Returned machines are expected to be in working, like new condition and complete of all components.  Refunds will be granted after machine has been received and evaluated.  Partial refunds may be granted if a returned machine is not in its original condition, damaged, incomplete or returned beyond the 30 day period.
